The guest room was new-fashioned and had all that we needed. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a reasonably clean bathroom a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The staff was amiable and the owner too...

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. the location is perfect - right in the centre of town, close to everything. We loved being able to walk to the historic town centre and also have easy access to the ski lifts. Secondly, the staff was outstanding. From the friendly reception to the attentive service throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, especially the ones with a balcony and fantastic views. It was such a pleasure waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious, except for the fruit juices which were not the best quality. But overall, this hotel truly offers great value for money and attention to detail.
All was spot on, no complaints whatsoever.

Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food & beverages. Free WiFi internet access was very useful for checking emails & organising ongoing travel plans. Dedicated free parking for hotel guests was much appreciated.

Good location, very clean, quite large room.
Avoid at all cost! We were charged 19 euros per night more than the maximum allowed by the tourist board. The staff is unkind and ungentle, except for the man. Breakfast is monotone (only sweet things, no fruit). Tv is quite unuseful (only 6 channels... buy an antenna!!)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bormio. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet area near the pedestrian zone, making it easy to explore the town and access great restaurants. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony with breathtaking views. The breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of options to choose from, except for the fruit juices which tasted a bit cheap. this hotel was a great value for money, providing attention to detail and a memorable experience.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

The hotel's central location makes it convenient to access everything in the town. Several good restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw away. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with tidy wooden interiors and a balcony for fantastic views of the mountains.
One minor suggestion is providing a do not disturb sign to avoid unnecessary rearrangement of personal belongings by housekeeping staff.
